1. Click on the date of the birthday on the calendar below and select "search"

2. Select your booked time - if you do not see your booked time, select a time slot that is available and send an email to [email protected]

3. Follow the prompts and then create a MindBody account

4. Complete payment

5. Send an email to [email protected] confirming payment - please include the email associated with the MindBody account
