Calisthenics is the perfect complement to your climbing routine, combining an array of body weight exercises targeted at improving strength, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination and aerobic conditioning.

Whether you’re looking to supercharge your regimen, are training for a specific goal or need to burn off some extra steam after a session on the wall, our instructors will guide you through a practice tailored to your needs.

SESSION TIMES

Monday 6:30pm – 7:30pm.
