Our unique Stretch & Mobility classes are specifically designed to help you increase your range of motion, enhance joint stability and prevent injuries, helping you not only conquer climbing milestones but also ensure optimum movement for daily life.

Instructor: Georgia Fatharly
Georgia has a Masters in Strength & Conditioning, Bachelor in Exercise & Sports Science and a Cert III & IV in Fitness. Her background is in rhythmic gymnastics and ballet, and she hopes to work with athletes in injury prevention.

SESSION TIMES

Thursdays 6:30pm – 7:30pm

As a Certified Yoga Teacher, you can expect Syari’s classes to be inclusive, fun and a safe space to get comfortable with your own skin.
