SOLO SESSIONS – BOULDERING LEAGUE

Solo Sessions is a multi-round individual bouldering league designed to keep you climbing consistently across the summer. The league runs across both Adrenaline Vault locations, with structured rounds, fresh sets each round, and scoring tracked live through the Griptonite app.

The league consists of 6 Sessions, alternating between Cockburn and Belmont. Each round features 25 new boulders, for a total of 150 climbs across the league. You can climb at your own pace during each round while it’s open, but once a round closes and the next one opens, scoring for the previous round is locked.

• Novice Female: Climbs up to Grade 3
• Novice Male: Climbs up to Grade 4
• Intermediate Female: Climbs up to Grade 5
• Intermediate Male: Climbs up to Grade 6
• Advanced Female: Climbs Grade 6 and above
• Advanced Male: Climbs Grade 7 and above

SCORING & FAIR PLAY

Solo Sessions uses an advanced scoring algorithm within the Griptonite app. While climbers log their sends, Adrenaline Vault internally tracks the true grades of all climbs.

All logged sends are cross-examined against climb grades to ensure climbers are competing in the correct category. Adrenaline Vault reserves the right to move climbers into a more appropriate category if their performance clearly exceeds the limits of the category they selected.

This system exists to prevent sandbagging and ensure fair competition across all divisions.
